I graduated fromZhejiang University of Technology in 1985, and received my Bachelor degree in Engineering. In 2007, I graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and received my Master Degree in Economics. In 2010, I graduated from Northwest A&F University and received my Ph.D. in Management. In 2011,atUniversity of Cambridge ,UK,2013 atFukui University(ふくいだいがく) ,Japan, 2015 at IE Business School Madrid Graduate School,Spainforshort visit. In 2007, at University of Sydney,Australia,2013-2014,atUniversity of Toledo, US forvisiting scholar.

Now I specialized instrategic management, entrepreneurship management, business management. I have published 5 monographsand teaching materialsand more than 30 papers in Chinese journals.
