Limin Wu is an Associate Professor of Zhejiang University of Finance &Economics. Her primary research areas include the happiness of human being ; human resource management; managerial statistics; research methods; the index of happiness; organization behavior and happiness; social inequality with happiness; happiness index in association with work; influence factors on happiness.

RESEARCH

The applicant has been researching on organization behavior and happiness index since 2002, participated in 14 national, provincial and school-class important research projects.

Published book:Empirical Research of Dynamic Evolution Mechanism between Resident Income and Happiness Index in the Process of Economic Growth.

In the core journals, such as "Chinese Rural Economy", "Economists", "Higher Education Research ", etc, 28 academic papers have been publishedwhichare related to organizational behavior , happiness index, the influence of different groups, marital status , characters and vocations on happiness index. Abundant research results about happiness index are accumulated and academic frontier in this field will be grasped well.
